生产线的工艺流程如上:
(1)存储管输送带→洗管机→输送带→涂粉机→输送带→刷粉机→烤管机→存储管输送带→封口机→输送带→排气机→输送带→铜头穿线机→铜头烤干机→铜头打订机→成品试光机
(2) 喇叭机→芯柱机→烤箱输送带→扣丝机→扣丝输送带→封口机
